In conclusion, I’m gonna miss being in TKT and all the mischief that this class has. I hope the year 7s do good next year and better than us year 8. I hope they lead the kapa haka group better than us! I’m gonna miss all the memories In the classroom and all the mischief we’ve been through as a class. – Natalea
END OF YEAR REFLECTION
This year was really fun! It went by really fast and I wish I wasn’t shy in the first 2 terms so I could have enjoyed the year more! At least I got to know the people in my class and be happy!!!!! X3
I have progressed a lot in my academics! I have been getting high scores throughout the whole year and I hope to maintain those good scores throughout next year too!
My key competencies have been up to standards these past few weeks because I was kind of losing it and then I got slapped back into reality and now I’m all goods.
I didn’t have any personal goals, to begin with, but all I wanted to do was be good in school and I think I have nearly achieved that. I just need to start using my common sense T^T.
My growth mindset has slowly gotten better. I don’t mind learning. It’s just the fact that sometimes it’s a challenge and that’s why I don’t try to learn. But now I will!!! It’s my new goal! And I will achieve it!
This year is probably going to be the most memorable. A lot of stuff happened this year like camp etc. I’m going to miss the year 8’s ( SIKE ) and I’m going to miss this school when we go to high school. And I have a lot of memories here. So yeah!!!
The goals I have set for myself are pretty straight forward. It’s just to be good in school, and have fun while I’m at it. I don’t want to think as far as next year until the time comes.
I think that next year is going to be fun and I can’t wait to see what happens. TKT 2019 is my favourite class so far. And I wonder what next year is going to be like. I don’t like the fact of growing up but I have to ( WHY??!? )
Anyways I should thank Mr. Kauone for being our teacher this year and making it fun, so THANKS MR KAUONE!!!!!
And also, I’m gonna miss the year 8’s ( or some of them anyway ). I don’t think I’m ready to step up next year but I will. Next year is going to be crazy and fun! But I sure am going to miss this school. -Bonnie
Goodbye, 2019 and Intermediate.
Along with a new year is new schools for all the year 8’s, and in this piece of writing, I am going to reflect on the year and all my progress I have made and point out the things I need to work towards.
For all my academics, I feel like I’ve done worse in maths and reading, but improved on writing especially. Even though I got a 4A for reading I completely wasn’t ready for the test so I feel I could’ve done better and for the same for my writing test. My academic progress this year hasn’t been that good but I’m going to make sure everything changes in highschool for me especially the type of people I hang around.
Mo taku whaainga whaiaro, kua ahua pai ake au i tera mea, na te mea na te kaha i piki ake taku maia na te korero i mua i taku akomanga me nga hoa koinei te waahanga o taku whaainga me te noho ko taku nama 10 he waahanga na te aha i pai ake ai au ka nui toku whakaaro mo te korero.
For my personal goal, I feel like I’ve improved most on that, only because my confidence was boosted by speaking in front of my class and peers which was part of my goal and being my number 10 is part of why I’ve improved so much on my confidence for speaking. But being my number 10 as often as possible is another thing I have been working on by taking it slow and just walking off every time I get angry to calm myself down it helps. So far concentrating on being my number 10 so my attitude goes up is the main goal I really wanna improve on because it helps me be nicer to people and actually want to be involved in different activities.
For my Key Competencies. Relating to others, I’ve done some progress with. Especially with getting on well with all my peers and choosing my actions and words carefully when speaking or listening to others and help resolve conflicts in class or playground that’s what I feel I’ve improved on.
This year has been really fun and helpful for me in many ways, making new friends and even some I’ll go on to know in high school, there’s been some really good times and some really bad times but we all still pulled through and made it to the end. Thank you Mr. Kauone for putting up with me for 2 whole years even though I know I haven’t been the best student but you still taught me a lot over the past 2 years and I am thankful. Goodbye 2k19! – Cade
This year has been a blast and was an experience and for starters, I want to say Mr.Kauone is one of the best teachers ever. Besides being grumpy if it wasn’t for Mr. Kauone I wouldn’t have been able to complete all my goals. He has played heaps in my work and helped me through all this year and I thank him for that. I’m sad Mr. Kauone won’t be here in TKT next year.
My academics have improved and I’m at where I’m supposed to be at higher than before. My grades are really good and I really like my work now. I’ve learned some new strategies and accomplished many of my academic goals for this amazing year.
My growth mindset has improved a lot from a little shy boy to a tall strong man. I’ve learned to not care about other people think of me and if someone lets me down I will get back up.
My 1 & 10
This year my teacher has made up a thing like your angel side and your demon side. Well, number 1 is bad and 10 is great. Well, my number 10 was great this year I was doing more work and I haven’t been bad and learned to listen carefully.
Next year I want to be a really good role model for the new year 7’s and my cousins who will be coming to this school and show them the way and how it’s done and I don’t want them to turn out bad. – Manaia M
Last Blog For 2019
This is, unfortunately, my last blog for 2019, this year has been a great journey and I have had a blast with my classmates. The year 8’s are leaving for all different high schools and it is time for me and the year 7’s to step up and lead by example next year. It is very sad to see them go but also nerve-wracking because I don’t know how well I will do as a leader. Next year is going to be different without the year 8’s but it’s also going to be a good different.
My 1st year at WIS has been a rollercoaster. I’ve had my ups and downs with friends, tests and teachers. For my first year in intermediate, my teacher was Mr. Kauone and next, I will have a new teacher Whaea Olivia. I am excited to have Whaea Olivia. I’ve had a great time with Mr. Kauone.
My number 10 has overtaken my number 1 as much as it can and I am listening to my 10 more often than my number 1. Using my number 10 has gotten me a long way with my academics and key competencies because it encourages me to stay on task and focus. On the other hand, I think number 1 is more like a number 2.5 because I have more control over it.
My academic progress has been really good but not just with my academics, my key competencies have also really improved. My relating to others and managing self has really improved because I can now manage myself better, I also relate to others a whole lot better than I could before. At the start of the year I was just below or well below but now with all the work and focus, I have put in I am now at or above and I’m really proud. Overall I’m proud of how I achieved my goals and I can’t wait for next year so I can set more.
I’m happy and excited for next year and for the year 7’s to come, I hope they have a good attitude and a positive vibe. – Jaylyn
End of year reflection 2019
This year has been alright, and it’s been pretty fun but it feels like this year has gone so fast. I think I have improved in my academics for my maths test I got a 3A which is kinda bad but for me, that’s good considering I’m not too good at math, for my writing I got a 4B which is good I know that I could’ve done better though.
This year I’ve tried to focus on my work and not get distracted as much as I can. I have improved in my key competencies. There have been times where I have gotten distracted and distracted others but we still got our work done so that’s good.
I’m kinda excited for next year because there are a lot more opportunities there but I’m gonna miss the year 7’s mainly because most of them are my friends, it’s going to be different without them there but I will see most of them in a couple of years anyway.
My personal goals were to not get distracted / distract others and to participate in most of the school activities, I think I have almost accomplished the first one and I don’t really participate in school activities as in like sports stuff. -Keira
High school next year
This year – this year has been great. I have improved with my academics and key competencies I have achieved my goals and I enjoyed it at intermediate. I have made a lot of friends from when I started intermediate.
Growth mindset – There is this thing called growth mindset and its when you have a number 1 and number 10 number 1 is the bad one that tells me to do bad stuff but my number 10 is the good one it tells me to do good stuff and sometimes I listen to my number 10 but I’ve been listening to my number 1 too.
Academics – my academics are good but not where they should be but I just have to practice with my academics a little bit more then I will be where I should be with my academics.but the things that I’ve gotten better with are spelling.
Key competencies – my key competencies have gotten better I am good at relating to others because I don’t bother other people and I hardly get into fights. -Montelle
Last Reflection Evaluation For The Year.
Academic progress – At the start of the year for Math I was a 3P and during the year, I felt like I was going down but in midterm 3 in knew I was improving when I did my test I got a 3A which is what I didn’t want that but at least I have improved in math. For writing at the start of the year I was 2P with my Writing down from last year to this year but now I’m a 3B so I’ve improved 3 levels which is really good. My Reading was a 4B but I have gone down to 3A but that just means I need to work harder next year at college but I know what I need to work on next year.
Sports – This year I’ve played 6 sports for the school touch, rugby 7s, rugby 15s, inter-school athletics, basketball and rugby league. We won them all except for rugby league and basketball.
Key competencies – At the start of the year I didn’t even know what key competencies were but throughout the year I started to understand what they were I’ve improved my thinking term 2 and 3 I would always was getting distracted I still do sometimes but my #10 just ignore them but sometimes my #1 gets in the way that gets me off task. – Tamati
*End of year Reflection*
For this year it’s been a good year with the bros and the year 7s to see the year end so fast it’s a shocker but its life.
For my Academic progress, I’ve improved lots by setting goals and working hard and to focus and keep going not to get distracted by my bros in class so I’m getting better on my work and not getting distracted by the bros.
My number 10 has been good im getting better by making good choices tryna stay out of trouble in school and out of school for my end of year report and to let my parents know that im improving on my learning and to let them see that i’m not mucking around in school and to get a good report i hope.
For sports i have been playing bball for my whole career even in my lil years i have been playing lots with the boys in primary and trying my hardest to get to the top and now i’m a good bball player i also play touch with the whanuk and i also play flag with the whanuk just to get fit and to enjoy the game and to have fun and to get out there and try my best.
For my academics I have been improving a lot on my tests and all the other stuff that has been in the past few terms but at the start of the year I was below but I have picked up and started to learn and not to get distracted so i have been improving a lot and im happy that I’m not below. –Kahurangi
Goodbye Mr. Kauone
This year was hard being in TKT I didn’t know how hard it was gonna be but now we are nearly finished for the year and it’s time for the year 8s to go and for us year 7s to step up and be leaders for next year.
Academic – I’m below where I should be with my academics like reading and writing so next year I will come here hard and ready to learn. I’m better with my English like writing, reading and my math. Last year I was well below where I should have been for my year level but now I’m heaps better in all my school learning.
Key competencies – A personal goal was to focus more on my work instead of playing games and talking to friends. all I have to do is focus more on key competencies I’m still below where I should be at with my key competencies. My Thinking is ok and my Relating to Other is much better and my Managing Self I improved heaps. -Kaimana
Yes No More Mr. Kauone
2020 is coming now that the year is almost over, I have achieved a lot since the start of the year like I am much better at writing and math and my reading.
This term I play some sports like Ki-o-Rahi and rugby league and softball they were all fun and good to play. Rugby league was probably the best tournament I’ve ever gone to this year because it was just the best and the most fun to play and I played wing and fullback and it was a fun day. Ki-o-Rahi was a really fun tournament to go to and I enjoyed it and it was fun to watch in the sub box but I wasn’t supposed to go but there weren’t enough people for a boyz team to go to the tournament so I had to fill in for the team and it was a fun day.
Softball was a really good tournament and I really enjoyed it the day and we lost our 1st game and won the 2nd game and lost the 3rd and won the last so we placed 3rd for the tournament but I had a fun day and it was a good day.
My Key Competencies have improved since the start of the year I was one of the worst people to manage themself and I was so bad at my listening and I did not know what to do because I never listened to Mr. Kauone but now I know to ask if I need help and not just sit there and distract others from doing their work so now I know what to do as long as I listen to my teacher no matter who the teacher is.
My academics have improved because I’ve learnt how to read more words and bigger words so I learned also how to write better and do my maths better too. But I also still need to improve all my academics more. So my goal next year is to be at or above my chronological year level with all my academics eg reading, writing and math. – Rhobe-Jaexoynn
LATER MR KAUONE
Finally 2019 is over and 2020 is coming up because I’m really looking forward to going to high school next year and I would like to see what they do at school from year 9 straight to year 13 because all I know is that my siblings have been through that stuff when they were in high school but it’s just my sister that’s the only one in high school and she’s a year 12 but she will be a year 13 next year because my brothers finished high school ages ago and I will be following my siblings steps so I can achieve the goals that I have set for high school.B
Basketball is one of the best sports I’ve ever played in my life and for my two years at intermediate because back when I was in primary basketball has been my favorite sport because my brother Kahurangi Moeahu played basketball when he was in high school and I thought to myself that I should play basketball just like him. So I practiced hard just to be like Antwon and Carlos but overall basketball has been my favorite sport since I was in primary. So I was watching videos on Youtube about basketball, so i can get a lot better because I was terrible back in primary when I played basketball, but now I have gotten a lot better at basketball because I made the inter-school basketball team and the Wednesday night basketball team as well. –Terangianiwaniwa
End of term 4 reflection
I have had so many teachers through kindergarten through primary all the way to intermediate but my favorite is probably Mr Kauone because he’s so funny and really works hard to help us with what he can like maths and reading and stuff.
When I started intermediate it was so different and because we had Mr Kauone he was so staunch and happy with what he did. I wouldn’t do much work at all but from the start of the year I have really stopped playing games on the Chromebook and focusing on my work.
When it came to my key competencies at the start of the year I really sucked because I would never listen and try to do everything by myself without any help because I was too shy. Now I’m happy with my key competencies and I really did my best at everything and if I need it, I will ask for help or I will be helping others if they ask.
Growth mindset I am very smart now when it comes to stuff like focusing I have really improved because I always like a challenge. I can grow dramatically with my work and when something becomes easy I remember a lot and I grow even more.
Number 1 to 10
My number 1 is really strong because I would always use it but when I get some help I get a lot of confidence and it helps me work because of how shy I am when it comes to presentation and my number 1 comes in and its hard but other than that my number 10 is now active a lot most times. -Taukea
Mo nga wahanga kua pahure mai kua ahua pai. Koretake ahau ki te whai i nga tohutohu o nga kaiako whaihoki ki te whai aro i toku mahi, na te mea ka whai whakaaro ahau ki oku hoa, ahakoa he mahi pai, he mahi porangi ranei.
Toku Whainga me toku Akoranga
Ki toku whakaaro kei te pai toku akoranga engari , kei te hiahia ahau ki te parakatihi toku mahi tuhituhi whaihoki i toku mahi pangarau kia tutuki pai ahau. Kei te whakamarari ahau i roto i toku whainga, he pai toku panui, me whai i nga tikanga a ka aro atu oku mahi ki nga mahi o tenei kura.
I need a lot of work on my key competencies especially managing self and relating to others. I need a lot of work on managing myself because I get distracted and off-task with my learning. I also need a lot of work on my relating to others because I don’t really relate to others that well so I need to do that more overall I have improved heaps since the start of the year
My behaviour this year hasn’t been bad but it also hasn’t been good so it’s like in the middle. I think I need to improve my learning because I muck around too much and I distract my friends and then we all get in trouble.
So overall it’s been alright but I’m gonna keep trying to show leadership and make sure that myself and others are heading the right way. – Manaia H-P
Unfortunately, this is my last blog for 2019, this year has been a great learning journey and I’ve had a blast with my classmates. The year 8’s are leaving for high school and it’s time for me to step up and lead by example. I’m very sad to see my year 8 friends leave It’s gonna be way different without them but I’m happy that I’ve made some great friends. I can wait to see what 2020 holds but on the bright side, I’ll meet even more people and make new friends.
My number 10 has been dominant over my number 1 and I have been listening to my 10 more often than my number 1. Using my number 10 has gone pretty well with helping me with my academics because it encourages me to stay focused. On the other side, I think number 1 is more of a number 3 now like I have more control over it. I think that my number 1 is really improving because It’s like a 3 now.
This year at WIS has been a rollercoaster. There’s been days I enjoy and look forward to and others not so much but the fun days always make up for the boring ones. I’m sort of looking forward to next year and improving my key competencies and continuing my journey at WIS. There’s nothing I would change if I had the opportunity because It’s pretty cool the way it is.
Next year I hope I can set a good example for the year 7’s. I hope the year sevens have a good attitude and bring a positive vibe. I’m happy and excited to start a new chapter in my life as a year 8. Before 2020 comes I’m gonna make the most of this one. One thing I’m really looking forward to is the holidays. – Fanua
Last Reflection Evaluation
At the start of the year I was working on my goals very well to see where I’m at with my goals I have achieved and I still need to work on little areas that I need to improve on.
At the start of the year for my Maths test, I got a 3P and during the I feel like I wasn’t improving anything but my midterm 3 I was going up because I got a 3A but I didn’t think I would get that but at least I’ve improved. For my writing at the start of the year I got a 2P and I think that’s bad for me because I’m a year 8 and I’m supposed to be at least a 4P or 4B but at least my end year writing test was good because I got a 3P and that’s a big improvement for me.
At the start of the year for my Reading test I got a 2P and I think I need to work on reading the most cause I’m not that strong with it, but luckily my end year reading results I got a 3P and I think I’ve improved a bit.
For sports I played 15s Rugby League Basketball Netball and Athletics and I don’t think I’m gonna get the sports award because I know for a fact that some other people have played more sports than me and I’m one of the best sports players in the school, but at least I have done sports. – Antwon
End of year Reflection Evaluation
Hello and welcome to my last R/E for the year.
My academic goals are great. For someone my age next year I wish to improve. If it is possible to improve that is so if possible I wish to improve in my Academic.
My key competencies are great. I will improve even more than now. My best areas are Relating to others, Using language symbols and text and participating and contributing.
My growth mindset work has gone great. I now believe that nothing is impossible when I put my heart into it. Except for our species will die eventually, but it’s not my problem yet
1# or 10#
Now thanks to Mr Kauone I feed my number 10# more than my number 1#. Before I was with Mr. Kauone I was a sook or cry baby. But now I’m tougher than before. Although I still cry sometimes.
YAY MY LAST BLOG OF THE YEAR.
My growth mindset has been good so far because I have been keeping my number 10 up and not my number 1. These numbers are like how your feeling overall, especially when you’re happy and that’s what your number 10 does it makes sure you are achieving your goals towards school achievements and the other number is number 1 which will let you down and you won’t accomplish your goals and that’s why I don’t like my number 1.
My personal goals are really important to me at certain times but mostly all the time. My goals make me want to achieve my goals, especially when there is some kind of competition going on with my work or at any sports like softball but sometimes I don’t like my goals because it might be too easy or too hard overall most of the time it’s good.
My academic goals have been good so far because I have made big improvements towards my work lately I’ve worked hard over the past few months at school and I can’t wait till its the end of school so we don’t have to do work.
My key competencies have been good so far because I have made a big improvement towards my work lately I’ve worked hard over the past few months at school and I cant wait till we finish all of my work so we can go home for a month. –Amara.
This year has been good academically, but I know that I could’ve done better because during the year I never really focused on any of the work that I did and I always let myself get distracted and I was rarely on task but I have definitely gotten better at focusing on what I have meant to be doing and in math since I’m at a higher level I now just teach myself and find my own things to learn.
I’m not excited for next year and I will miss some of the year sevens but I will most likely get over them quickly and it will definitely be different without them but I’m sure I’ll adapt fast.
I still tend to distract others and let myself get distracted by others so I still need to improve in that but I have improved a lot throughout the year on focusing on my work and my key competencies. I need to work on relating to others the most because I tend to keep to myself the majority of the time and I dislike helping most people because I’m not a good teacher and I get frustrated when they don’t understand what I’m saying so it all just goes bad and I end up just telling them the answer or doing their work for them which isn’t good.
I have vastly improved in how I am physically this year, it has been one of the most progressive years in my life physically. I remember when it was an achievement for me when I could catch a ball even if it was a really easy pass and I was slow most of my life and now I’m one of the fastest kids in my school, which is a big improvement. I’m naturally good at sports and physical things now but I have done heaps of exercises and things to improve myself physically and now I’m pretty good compared to the other kids at my school. – Ako
Ka kite Mr. Kauone
This year has been interesting, meeting new friends, new teachers and a lot of more new people, and I’m kind of nervous to be a year eight and I kind of want to stay a year seven but I can’t do anything about it so yeah. But this year with Mr Kauone has been good like he shouts us stuff if we can’t go somewhere like the pools and if we have to pay he just pays but sometimes we have to pay him back, so Mr can be cool, sometimes he lets us play games like on the last week of school, we played Shell Shockers.
This year has been a lot better than last year I only got stood down once compared to last year(I got suspended nine times last year). But in general, this year has been good, at the start of the year my grandparents offered to give me a fat bike if I was good for a whole year and since I have I’m getting it for Christmas.
This year my academics has improved a lot, last year I was on 3B this year I have gone up a whole level. So, in other words, I have gotten smarter. For maths, I’m on 4P which is above average for my year level. For writing, I’m on 3P which is below average but I don’t like writing so It’s good for me. But I’m on 4B for reading which is average for my year level but yeah. -Trae
Kia ora and welcome back to my blog. This is, unfortunately, my last blog due to me leaving Wainuiomata Intermediate and moving onto college.
Next year I am going to Otumoetai College, located in Tauranga. I’m really surprised about how excited I am for high school. I’m also quite nervous because I don’t know many people in Tauranga other than my stepmom’s family. The only subject I know I’m doing is a full year of Māori. Since I’m doing a full year of Māori I only get to do 3 other subjects. I took a tour of the school, it was cool but all of the class blocks are 2 stories high.
My 2 years at WIS has been a rollercoaster. I’ve had my ups and downs with teachers, friends, tests, and classes. For my first year in intermediate, I was in Room 7. This year I decided to go into TKT. I’ve had a great time at WIS and if I had the chance to do it again… I would actually change a lot of aha.
I am surprised that I have actually achieved over 70% of my goals. My biggest achievements are getting a merit in the English Kiwi Competitions. I know that I have personally gotten better in all areas of Key Competencies. Especially managing self. – Arimawha
My Personal goals were focusing on my work and finishing on time, My progress with my Personal goals are going good, I’m on the right path with that I just need to keep working on some stuff so I’m ready for next year. Academically I’m in a pretty alright place but I know I could do better if I focus more and concentrate My Personal goals are mainly about focusing on my work and finishing on time. My progress with my Personal goals is good I’m on the right path with that I just need to keep working on some stuff so I’m ready for next year. Academically I’m in an okay place but I know I could do better if I focus more and not get distracted
My number 10 has been more controlling than my number 1, I have been using it more often well more than I’ve been using my number 1. My progress from using my number 10 has actually gone pretty well like for example I got good results in my tests, well better than the start of the year. Mr. Kauone has been helping me a lot with everything and never gave up on me, he told me to do my best so I did my best.
I’m hoping next year is going to be really good with our new teacher. Also hoping she does what Mr. Kauone does. I’m going to miss most of the year 8s. I hope the year 7s ain’t annoying but it should be a good year and no drama. – Ramari
See ya laterr
Hey!!! Welcome back to another one of my blogs!!! but this is going to be the last blog for the year but thankfully it’s nearly over. Okay, let’s talk about my Goals academic and key competencies personal goals are also included.
My academic goals- are going great! I improved and got a better score with math and reading. The writing wasn’t great but okay just not great… BUT I still made progress with my life and I have WAY much better scores than I ever had gotten. I achieved most of the. The one I couldn’t achieve was fricken summarizing!!!! it’s disturbing.
My key competencies goals- I have presented more progress than The past terms/years. In the meantime, I had achieved Achieved with relating to others by getting to know their personality has become easy for me… I also have achieved thinking and participating in more games and activities…
Personal goals- I have achieved most such as Get better grades (which was a pain really!!) Do more sports which Are still being developed…
And setting goals have been going well too… I set a couple more goals like “listen more in class to get higher grades” and “do the work to earn the rewards” and other stuff more. I might say that this year is possibly the better year so far with my goals.
Growth mindset- This is something I struggle with but I use my growth mindset more than what I would usually say however, I am not always In my growth mindset. But sometimes when I usually don’t like not being in my growth mindset because when I’m not I can get sad or mad my emotions play up like crazy!!!!!!
This is where my blog ends… I hope to write to all you guys again and explain my year 8 terms next year but I can’t wait till the holidays. There is a possibility that I might miss the year 8’s but till next time! – Therese
Introduction: Kia Ora, this is the end of term 4 and has been quite well I have made a lot of new friends over the year and it has been fun, my behaviour has changed and I am a different person. Sometimes I get carried away and do silly stuff but I know I can do better, I am looking forward to the events that are coming up and hope to get good results in my tests.
Academics and Goals: This year I have achieved most of my goals and I have lots to come for next year, My Panui goals have been reached as we have been doing a lot of comprehensions which are building up my ability to be a better reader. My Pangarau has improved but I have some gaps that I need to fill and work my hardest on, my Tuhituhi is okay but I know that I can do more to build good and readable stories. My personal goals are good it’s just that I need to be more focused and responsible around my pairs and overall everyone.
KC’s: My key competencies are doing okay my thinking is not the best but it can be changed, my managing self is doing well I just need to stay focused, my relating to others is good and I can do heaps better. I have been participating and contributing to different things which have been fun, I have been using different language, symbols and texts in my conversations and also my stories.
Ending: Kei te piki taku wairua i tenei tau me he tino pai toku mahi i tenei kura, he tino hiamo au mo nga taonga kei te haere mai engari ka pai oku mahi na te mea i mahi nga mea kino kaore i haere au ki nga mea, He tino hiamo au mo te tau i heke mai nei. – Kia Ora, Teokotai
End of year blog.
End of year blog wow this year has been very good and fast. We have been having so much fun with Mr kauone because he always pushed us kids of Te Kahui Tamariki Maori class, to always be our number #10 and never be a dumb ass.
Academically I’m in a pretty alright place but I know I can do heaps better if I focus more and concentrate. Writing is something that I do well at now, reading is alright and maths I don’t really know where I’m at but I do need some more work on Maths because I’m not really good at it.
My goals for the rest of the few days is just to be a good boy and to keep myself on task, listen to the teacher, be positive and show respect to one another. Then mind my own business and be my self for the few days left of school. – Matthew
